Well October is here again. It seems like it was just yesterday when I was writing a post for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Again we must take care of ourselves and our love ones. If you have not been checked, please do. There are places such as Breast Care for Washington that offer low cost options for screenings.
Encourage your mother, sister, daughter, friend and love ones to do it for themselves and those that depend on their hugs, kisses, advice, and presence.
Recently I also learned it was Domestic Violence Awareness as well. It is a tough subject to talk about and often the victims remain silent. It may be because they are embarrassed or too scared to tell anyone. If you need help, click the link to find services in DC Find Help DC Coalition.

I found this timeline on Pintest and thought this is extremely helpful for couples. Invitations are common but save the dates is a relatively newer trend. These are formal announcements to people that you will be inviting to you wedding and reception of the date and location of your. By location we mean city and state. Save the Dates are great if you are having a destination wedding, getting married in a busy travel season or have a lot of guest from out of town.
You can use an engagement shoot as a chance to get comfortable with your photographer and have a picture for your save the date. If you are getting married in the winter and it is currently summer don’t worry about trying to make it look as if you are dressed for winter. Enjoy and have fun.
